Not too sure about the proportions, working with a slightly odd body type compared to what I am used to so it might take some tweaking before I get it right.

Little advice?

I am working on drawing a portrait of my Furcadia character, but I am not very experienced when it comes to drawing certain types of armor? I will just plop her description down below and hopefully someone out there could give me some tips and things…

"All strength and muscle, this pale-colored goliath of a woman would certainly be the quite the polar opposite to the stereotypical pampered persian feline. Covered in scars head to toe and missing a pinky on her right hand, clearly life had not been so kind to this leather-clad warrior. Her armor would be simple yet very well made; a worn studded leather vest over a chain mail tunic which was then worn over a rough wool jerkin of sorts. Around her waist was a leather girdle which held two heavy pouches over the back, a coin purse near the front, and a hefty hatchet on her right paired off with a short sword and a dagger on her left. Her hair, which was similar in shade to her fur and just as thick, would be cut short and tied up in a braid which went just below the nape of her neck. Complete the look with a simple pair of leather trousers and boots and this woman is ready for anything."

It’s been a while since I have played a certain game called Furcadia, and to celebrate getting back into the scene I am working on a portrait of my character “Valice BattleFist” who is a massive female persian warrior with a very stocky and square build. This has to be the blockiest hour glass I’ve ever drawn.
